Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This EPDM flat roof porch needed some serious repair, along with their worn gutters. take a look at the before/progress image, and after!

This Hales Corners house had some additions to it so the owner wanted to update the main part of the house to match.  There are a few gables that have rust around them so we replaced the roof and all trim around the gables and now the home has a fresh new facelift.

We wrapped all fascia in new aluminum and installed hidden vent aluminum soffit on all eaves and rakes.  It gave the house a really nice facelift!

Replacing a roof in Milwaukee, WI. This roof needed to be replaced due to age of 25 years old and had some leaking by the chimney. After completely ripping off all three layers we installed the new roof and properly sealed the chimney, stopping the leak. 

Installed new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles in replacement of old shingles. Installed new drip metal on all eaves of the roof deck, and new rake metal along all rake edges. New vent pipe boot flashings and chimney flashings were installed to replace old material.
