Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The roof lost many shingles in a big windstorm.  We inspected the roof and determined that the entire roof needed replacement.  Our specialist advocated for the homeowner with the insurance company so that homeowner could replace the entire roof.  

This home had a leak by their chimney, causing water damage and rotted wood to the roof. So, we went in to replace the entire roof section and installed a new chimney flashing. We used IKO Ice and water protector, and IKO Cambridge shingles. 

This home had a leaky, poorly patched, and poorly sealed EPDM Flat rubber roof that dated back to the 80s. Because of some screw pops and overall EPDM failure, this caused massive damage to the drywall ceiling inside the house- they couldn't even use one of their bedrooms because the ceiling was falling down!

So, we went in and replaced the entire EPDM roof, as well as the cracked and old skylights.

This Hales Corners house had some additions to it so the owner wanted to update the main part of the house to match.  There are a few gables that have rust around them so we replaced the roof and all trim around the gables and now the home has a fresh new facelift.
