Roof Repair Before & After Photos

During the last storm, a tree fell on the roof and created actual holes in the roof.  We were able to repair and replace the sections that were damaged by using new plywood, IKO Goldshield Ice and Water protector, and IKO Dynasty 50 year warranty shingles.  You would never know that the damage happened at all!

Old leaking flashing is no more with this transformation. While it may look like a minor change, this fix will save the homeowner thousands of dollars in potential roof damage. 

Klaus Roofing Systems repaired a small section of the customer's roof to eliminate leaking during inclement weather. The material around the venting on the roof was aged and in need of updated materials to function properly.

The homeowner called because the house they owned for about a year, was leaking. While the roof inspection said they had 10 years left on the roof they currently had, they needed to have a lead repaired. The leaking was flooding the basement and causing major headaches. We replaced the flashing around the chimney, and they are leak free!
