Partial roof replacement in the chimney area.

This roof is over 16 years old. The homeowner attempted to patch the leak 6 time but failed to find a permanent solution. He called us and we properly replaced the chimney flashing. There are no longer any leaks, and the homeowner is very happy!

This home ad a leak in the valley over their indoor pool room that was causing staining to the cedar walls inside, so we replaced their roof using IKO Goldshield Ice and Water in the entire problem area, and IKO Dynasty shingles for their forever home. 

After the initial tear-off, we noticed that the entire home didn't have any Ice and Water protectors! The code in Wisconsin is at least 12 inches, so that would explain some of their leaking problems.

This home had a downspout that stopped at the roof. Over time, this caused damage to some shingles, as well as the gutters. We were able to replace the problem area of shingles and added a down-spout to avoid this problem from happening again.

This home had rotten pieces of cedar siding on the chimney, as well as a need to replace some corners of cedar as well so that we could properly re-flash the chimney.
