This homeowner had a small portion of his roof that is rotted. He was looking to replace it along with potentially getting gutter guards around his house because of the overhanging trees. We not only fixed the rotted roof we also installed our RainDrop Pro Gutter Guards.
This homeowner called us because of a leaky roof. After a free estimate, we talked to the homeowner about their leaky roof and that a replacement was the best route to avoid future problems. The homeowner chose our Atlantic Blue asphalt shingle, and the rest is history. A happy homeowner under a new Klaus Roof by Buck Buckley.
There was a leak coming in from one of the attic vents, causing some drywall to rot. Attic vents break down over time, which is why we use ridge vents instead.
Overall, the roof was in decent condition with minor repairs prior to our inspection. However, in order to fix the leak we would have had to replace the entire slope, which was half of the house. So, they decided it was best to replace the whole roof.
House had a leaky valley in the roof, causing leaking and damage in the ceiling. We rebuilt the entire valley to prevent any further damages.
We replaced the chimney flashing that a previous contractor improperly installed.
