This home had an aging roof that needed to be replaced- there were 3 tab shingles that were blowing off and had a granular loss. In order to solve their problems, we went in with Dynasty materials such as shingles, Gold Shield Ice & Water, chimney flashing- the whole 9 yards!
Part of the reason why people go with Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley is our WOW service. Ryan and Nick went out of their way to make sure the customer was completely satisfied, make sure the grounds were completely clean, and that everything was perfect, which made the homeowner extremely impressed.
This home had some leaking from their sun porch (from standing snow), causing damage to their home office and rotting the floor joists beneath. They had a rolled roofing material on the flat roof that was not designed to see any foot traffic, and on top of that, it was also improperly installed.
We went in and replaced the rolled roofing with EPDM rubber, removed all the rotted wood floorboards with CDX plywood, and sistered in new floor joists.
This garage had shingles blowing off, leaks, and was old. With our two-for-one garage job, we rent in with CDX plywood and Cambridge shingles for a complete tear-off with a re-deck.
House had a 15-year-old Derbi gum flat roof that we replaced with John Manville 60 mil EDPM Rubber.
This homeowner recently bought this duplex and found a leak in the detached garage skylight area. Their Homeowner's Insurance company recommended repairs on the roof, but the owner didn't see any problems with the rest of the roof. After inspecting, we agreed that most of the shingles were still holding a bond, and had very little granular loss with little to no fiberglass showing. Even though the roof was a 3-Tab shingled roof, it seemed to be of high quality. We're truthful like that! No need for a full roof replacement. We just went in and fixed their skylight problem and did some preventative maintenance to add a few more good years.
