Our team carefully removed the old roofing materials and installed a new system featuring IKO Dynasty shingles in Appalachian, delivering exceptional durability and a stunning finish that complements the home’s exterior.

To ensure proper water management, we replaced the existing gutters with 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and equipped them with Raindrop gutter guards to minimize maintenance and prevent clogs. New downspouts were installed to direct rainwater safely away from the foundation, offering enhanced protection against water damage.

Completely replaced the roof on this house in Pewaukee.  It wasn't leaking yet but was showing wear and tear.  The homeowner wanted to stay on top of things before they had any problems because it was an older roof.

In Delavan, WI, a homeowner is addressing storm damage to their roof, which has caused leaks in the front enclosed porch room with a wooden ceiling. The project involves a full roof replacement using IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the Brownstone color for the main house, shed, and detached garage. Additionally, the work will include installing new gutters on the main roof and shed, with no gutters for the detached garage. Raindrop gutter guards will be installed on the house only, and there is a potential plan to add them to the garage and shed.

The scope of the project also includes partial soffit and fascia repairs. Specifically, the existing aluminum soffit corners of the front dormer will be pushed back up, and there may be an aluminum wrap added to the fascia on the front lower level of the house. The chimney flashing will also be addressed due to its large size. The total area to be covered is 3,029 square feet. The homeowner has chosen a white drip edge to complement the new Brownstone roof.

Klaus Roofing Systems brought this old roof back to life with a full roof replacement! Old roofing materials were completely removed and replaced with brand new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles. New aluminum boot flashings around chimney, drip metal on all eaves of the roof deck, and rake metal on the outside rake edges were also installed. 

This house had a leak coming inside due to the chimney flashing deteriorating and some shingles missing.  This caused a whole lot of damage during the rains.  We replaced the entire slope along with the flashing and soffits along with the wood underlayment.
