A homeowner in Waukesha, WI, reached out to us after noticing leaks coming through their upstairs bathroom. Their 20+ year-old asphalt shingle roof had seen better days, and after a thorough inspection during their free estimate, we recommended a full replacement to prevent future issues. They chose the stunning IKO Dynasty shingles in Atlantic Blue, adding both durability and curb appeal to their home. The project also included small chimney flashing updates to ensure a watertight seal. Now, with 1,867 sq. ft. of expertly installed roofing, they’re enjoying peace of mind under their brand-new Klaus Roof by Buck Buckley!
Replaced full roof
Storm damage caused this roof to leak. Klaus Roofing followed up with a partial roof replacement of the damaged areas caused by the storm. We also, took the time to replace cracked sealant, vent hoods and broken flashing due to old age.
Doug Einerson's roof in Waukesha, WI, required a partial replacement due to its age of 18 years. The project involved a 12-square replacement on the rear section, including the installation of new ridge vents and edge metals. Special attention was given to wrapping ice and water down over the fascia in preparation for new Leaf Guard gutters. Additionally, one 3-inch and one 4-inch Permaboot were replaced. On the west side behind the garage, trim nails had caused small holes in the shingles, which were removed and sealed. Doug provided three soffit vents for installation—one over the front porch window and two along the rear soffit. The large chimney and two skylights were in good condition and did not require reflashing. The new roof section was completed using IKO Dynasty AR shingles in Biscayne, with Desert Tan drip edges, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
