There was an on and off leak that looked to be from improper use or lack-there-of Ice and Water protector, causing drywall ceilings to crack, stain, and fall apart. The water damage from the leaky roof caused this homeowner 2 ceiling repairs!

We did a partial replacement on the entire front of the house and used IKO Goldshield Ice and Water protector on the entire roof in order to solve his leaky roof problems.

This home needed a roof repair due to water leaking within the breezeway between the garage and their home. They actually needed their full roof replaced, but chose a partial replacement. Water found its way into their home and caused major damage to the ceiling of their breezeway, so the partial replacement would address the leaking issues.
