Terry came to us to help relish her childhood family home by replacing the whole roof and to give that childhood home a little more warmth to it and a little less leak. We did a total rebuild of the roof where we took it down to the base boards and replaced any pieces that were bad or rotted out. Terry and her Pitbull can now truly enjoy that childhood home to its fullest now with no worries of a leak.

This roof was in need of a quick repair, so we removed the old shingles down to the damaged decking, cut and installed new CDX Plywood to the repair area, and installed IKO Ice & Water Goldshield to the entire area.

This project involves repairing a flat/foam/single-ply roof that is leaking in multiple areas. The client has identified a small leak above the roof and a rubber roof leak on the second floor, which is causing water to leak into the bedroom/office. Additionally, there is a leak in the rubber roof at the back of the house on the first floor, which was unsuccessfully repaired with tar. The project also includes removing and reinstalling the existing rotten railing on the second-story balcony porch. The client purchased the home in 2022 and is unsure of the age of the roof.

We removed the worn-out roofing system and installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray, which are known for their superior durability. To address water drainage issues, we also replaced the gutters with 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters equipped with Raindrop gutter guards, ensuring a clog-free and maintenance-friendly solution. New downspouts were added to direct water safely away from the home’s foundation.
