Repaired a section of roof that was dangerously sagging.

The owner had some leaking inside due to gutters not draining in the proper direction.  We installed new gutters where there weren't any and made sure all of the gutters were properly pitched.

We replaced the entire metal section with new metal as well the wood beneath it as it was improperly installed originally by a different roofing company and therefor, causing a major leak.

In Milwaukee, WI, a homeowner required a partial roof replacement to address leaks seeping into their bedroom. Our inspection revealed that the flashing needed repair and the shingles were not staggered correctly. Additionally, an old antenna mast on the back of the house was identified as a primary cause of the leak. This mast, currently used as a tie for the internet cable, will be relocated and hooked to the fascia to prevent further water intrusion.
