In Franklin, WI, a homeowner turned to Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley to replace their deteriorating roof and improve their home’s water drainage system. Our team began by removing the old roofing materials and installing IKO Dynasty shingles in Shadow Brown, offering a combination of durability and timeless appeal.
To ensure optimal water management, we replaced the existing gutters with 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and added Raindrop gutter guards for low-maintenance performance. New downspouts were also installed to effectively direct water away from the foundation, protecting the home from potential damage.
The homeowner noticed brown dried-up spots in his vaulted ceiling near the chimney. We diagnosed the issue as a leak from failed seals around the chimney. We removed the old caulk in the area and re-sealed the area around the chimney, keeping the roof from leaking and giving this homeowner peace of mind.
This older, damaged roof was trying to hold on. Unfortunately, previous contractors layered multiple sets of shingles on top of each other, causing issues. We came in and removed all shingles and replaced some damaged wood underneath. Now the homeowners are protected by a 50-Year warranty with their new Klaus Roof by Buck Buckley!
These lovely homeowners have had this roof for about 30 years. Unfortunately, it started leaking around the chimney causing problems. When we met the homeowners for the free consultation, we helped offer solutions to mitigate the risks of leaking around the chimney again and helped pick out a new roof with them. They chose our Castle grey asphalt shingle, and it looks stunning.
This garage was leaking in 5 different places and as you can see on the before image, this leak was causing issues with wood underlayment. We came out right away and replaced the damaged wood and shingles with brand new wood and brand new IKO Dynasty shingles to prevent any more leaks and damage. The homeowner can now store whatever he wants in his garage, knowing it will be safe and dry when he closes the door.
