Klaus Roofing Systems helped take care of some damaged shingles around a vent fan on the customer's roof. The repair helped keep the integrity of the roof intact and allow for complete functionality.

The roof is 20-25 years old, and the homeowner is unsure if it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. Patching is not a viable solution, so the homeowner is seeking quotes for repair or replacement. There are uncertainties regarding the amount of rubber needed for the repair.

In Wauwatosa, WI, a homeowner needs a full roof replacement on their 2,251 sq. ft. home due to shingles that are loose and falling off on a roof over 15 years old. The project will include installing IKO Dynasty shingles in Brownstone for enhanced durability and aesthetics, along with SealoronXT Ice & Water Protector to provide extra resistance against water damage. Additionally, large chimney flashing and skylight flashing will be installed to ensure proper sealing and prevent future leaks around vulnerable areas.

The shingles on the entire roof were lifting and curling.  We knew it was time to replace the entire roof.
