Long-term homeowners who have lived in their house for 47 years, are seeking to replace their 3-tab roof, which was last replaced in 1999. While there are no current leaks, the roof is missing drip edge and is very worn out.
This porch roof was rotting and caving in, so we replaced the whole front section of the roof on the porch overhang, along with some rafters and the decking. We used CDX plywood for this job because it's strong and lasts forever!
We were able to repair their EPDM roof and porch area, accompanied by new gutters and downspouts to ensure maximum roof longevity.
We replaced Barbara's entire EPDM (flat) roof after a bad windstorm had torn the entire roof off.
In Milwaukee, WI, a homeowner faced a leak on the front pitch of their roof, which was replaced about 10-12 years ago. The issue stemmed from a poor installation with tar paper and original flashings, resulting in a leak at the front foyer ceiling. To resolve this, we proposed a comprehensive solution for the 2195 sqft roof. This includes matching tan edge metals, installing Brownstone shingles with copper penny flashing, and addressing the chimney flashing. Additionally, we will install new step flashing and aluminum soffit to ensure a durable and effective repair.
