During the roof inspection, we identified the source of the leak and uncovered damaged and rotted wood beneath the existing roofing. Our team removed the old roofing materials, replaced compromised wood with high-quality cdx plywood, and reinforced the structure by back-nailing loose plywood.

To ensure long-lasting protection, we installed KRS SealoronXT Ice & Water Protector along all drip edges, walls, chimneys, and valleys. The addition of VeloraONE Synthetic Underlayment and new F8 aluminum drip metal along the roof deck provided added durability. The new IKO Dynasty architectural lifetime shingles not only fortified the home against future weather events but also delivered a fresh, polished look.
