In Milwaukee, WI, a homeowner is planning a full roof replacement on their 10-year-old roof, which has areas with missing shingles. The homeowner was impressed by the quick response after their inquiry. The project will cover 1,486 square feet and involve reinstalling 3-tab shingles on the front and rear gable roofs. Existing loose 3-tab shingles will be checked, secured with ring shank nails, and sealed with roof sealant. The new roof will feature IKO Dynasty shingles in the Brownstone color, along with the installation of chimney flashing, drip, and rake metal for added durability.

We replaced all of the gutters on this detached garage and added the proper downspouts. 

We received a call with concerns regarding this roof leaking. We went out and removed the damaged shingles, installed new Ice and Water protector and then installed brand new shingles in that area. This homeowner is now safe, dry, and happy!

This customer had a leaky roof, and it was determined it was coming from the chimney area. We went out and stopped the leak by putting down a new Ice and water shield, new shingles, and a new hip and ridge for the customer.
