Our roof was over 40 years old and shingles were flying off!  We replaced the entire roof with IKO Dynasty Shingles,  we will never have to worry about the roof again!

I knew that I needed a new roof for my forever home plus I am a very busy person.  Therefore, while doing the roof replacement, I also had them wrap my fascia and soffits in new aluminum wrap and install aluminum vented soffits, so I never have to paint them again.
