My house had extensive damage from the windstorm a few months ago.  Ryan from KRS come over to my house to evaluate the damage and work with my insurance company to settle my claim in my favor.  While he was at my house, he also replaced some light bulbs that he noticed were out on my vaulted ceiling.  Now that's what I call "WOW! Service!  Thanks for going above and beyond for me Ryan!

Our whole experience was very satisfying. We called and received a great response time. A packet was mailed to us about the company, along with which salesperson was going to arrive for our consultation. Josh arrived on time and was very pleasant to speak with. He was thorough in his walkthrough and evaluation. We discussed in great length our options. Installation was scheduled that day. Product and crew arrived as stated, and they were all very respectful. We are very pleased with the whole process and will be back for additional services in the future.

We had all of our gutters and downspouts replaced by Klaus Roofing Systems this fall and I give them 5 stars!  I am highly satisfied with all aspects of the company, from the first phone call to the Design Specialist to the installation.  All around I have only great things to say.  I will definitely refer Klaus Roofing Systems to my friends and family and would hire them again for any roofing needs.

We had a large tree fall on the house during one of the big storms that we had here in Menomonee Falls.  We called Klaus Roofing Systems by Buck Buckley and they came out right away to assess the damage.  Even better, they had all of the repairs to the roof and gutters completed within 1 1/2 weeks!  I was truly impressed with their responsiveness and sense or urgency.  

We were happy with the response time for our emergency roof work needed. Due to a really bad leak into our house from the roof, everything had to be done ASAP. All the of work was done very quickly and communicated well.

This house had galvanized gutters that were rusting out.  We replaced with brand new aluminum gutters and also repaired some squirrel damage.  The squirrel came back within a few days and did the damage again!  The homeowner finally caught the critter, and we came back out and repaired it again at no extra charge.  This homeowner chose Klaus Roofing because of our great reputation and excellent reviews.  We go above and beyond because we believe in giving WOW Service to all!
