The damaged areas of the rubber roof were removed and replaced with Johns Manville 60 mil EPDM Rubber Membrane. Giving the rubber section of the roof new life once again. Another satisfied customer!

In Hartland, WI, a homeowner is planning a full roof replacement due to hail damage from a recent storm. The roof, estimated to be around 13 years old with a single layer over tar paper on 1x8 decking, has developed an active leak near a cast iron vent stack that caused water damage to a second-floor bedroom. The project will cover 1,861 sq ft and involve replacing the existing 4" lead boots on the rear, patching three static box vents for a ridge vent, and removing a power vent if deemed inoperable during the tear-off. The new roof will be installed using IKO Dynasty AR shingles in the Brownstone color, complemented by brown edge metals. The homeowner has lived in the house for about six years, and the existing gutters and guards are to remain as is.
