A homeowner in Waukesha, WI, reached out to us after noticing leaks coming through their upstairs bathroom. Their 20+ year-old asphalt shingle roof had seen better days, and after a thorough inspection during their free estimate, we recommended a full replacement to prevent future issues. There was a leak coming in from one of the attic vents, causing some drywall to rot. Attic vents break down over time, which is why we use ridge vents instead.

Overall, the roof was in decent condition with minor repairs prior to our inspection. However, in order to fix the leak we would have had to replace the entire slope, which was half of the house. So, they decided it was best to replace the whole roof.

House had a leaky valley in the roof, causing leaking and damage in the ceiling.  We rebuilt the entire valley to prevent any further damages.
