Here you can see a new complex chimney flashing that was installed along with the roof.
There was a leak coming in from one of the attic vents, causing some drywall to rot. Attic vents break down over time, which is why we use ridge vents instead.
Overall, the roof was in decent condition with minor repairs prior to our inspection. However, in order to fix the leak we would have had to replace the entire slope, which was half of the house. So, they decided it was best to replace the whole roof.
House had a leaky valley in the roof, causing leaking and damage in the ceiling. We rebuilt the entire valley to prevent any further damages.
