The project involves a new roof replacement, including removing the existing roofing down to the wood, replacing any rotted or damaged wood with CDX plywood, and installing various components such as ice and water protector, deck tape, synthetic underlayment, aluminum drip metal, rake metal, vent pipe boot flashings, chimney flashing, starter strips, architectural shingles, ridge vent, and hip and ridge cap shingles.
