Roof Replacement Photo Album: New Roof Replacement: In Glendale, WI

The roof on this home is over 20 years old with only one layer of roofing material. There was previous leaking in the garage, and the current roof consists of a single layer of 3-tab shingles that are about 19-20 years old. The project includes reflashing two skylights and leaving the gutters as they are. The plan is to install laminated shingles, chimney flashing, skylight flashing, new step flashing, and drip and rake metal. Additionally, a ridge vent will be installed. The total square footage of the roof is 2672 sqft, and the chosen shingle color is IKO Cambridge.
