The customer contacted us seeking an estimate for a roof repair due to some asphalt shingles coming off their roof. They mentioned being unsure of the roof's age but stated that they purchased the home over a year ago and have noticed loose and falling shingles. Despite these issues, there are currently no leaks. After discussing the repair, we were able to negotiate a deal for a full roof replacement. The customer opted to keep the existing pod vents but decided against adding gutters to stay within budget.
