Fresh Skylight
At the time of the install, it was determined that a simple reflashing of the skylight would not be enough to solve the issues caused by the skylight, so we replaced it with a brand new Velux Skylight.

Slant back box vents were installed over the garage area.

New gutter hangers were installed on these 6" gutters, and the gutters were cleaned out in preparation for raindrop gutter guards to be installed.
Raindrop Gutter Guards
New Raindrop Gutter Guards were installed around the perimeter of the home to keep leaves out of the gutters.
Shed Roof
Since we were out there to do the roof already, might as well get the shed done at the same time!
