Roof Replacement Photo Album: Roof Replacement- Hartland

The ceiling in this home was starting to wrinkle and fall. The owners contacted us and we agreed that a roof replacement with IKO Dynasty BrownStone Shingles was the best solution. We replaced two pipe boots that were known to leak in the past with new PermaBoots and installed a new Ridge Vent. These homeowners in Hartland, WI can now sleep better knowing that their home will remain dry.

Tear off

This side of the roof was stripped to the decking while the other side had underlayment being installed.

Ice & Water

Valleys
