A New Roof, Fascia, and Soffits for the Busybody

Challenge
This homeowner knew they needed a new roof. It was old, and there needed to be repairs to the gutters, roof, fascia wraps, and aluminum soffits. What can we say, wood + Wisconsin weather do not mix well!
Solution
We used IKO Dynasty shingles for a long-lasting roof. Since this homeowner also has a busy schedule and knew they never wanted to take the time to paint the wood fascia and soffits, we wrapped the fascia in a new aluminum wrap and installed an aluminum vented soffit so they’d never have to paint again.
