Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The fascia on this home in Mukwonago WI was rotted through. This was caused by an old leak and needed to be replaced because fascia protects your walls and overhang from water damage. We removed all of the bad boards, replaced them with new ones, and covered the area with aluminum trim coil. 

Water was coming into this customer's home every time it rained, and we noticed that the attic did not have proper venting, which is vital to prolonging the life of shingles. We tore off and replaced the whole roof and installed Venture Inflow Vents.

We have done previous repairs on this house and they were so impressed with our workmanship and quality of products that they hired us to replaced the entire roof.

The homeowner called us and said they are finding shingles in their yard and might have potential leaks. We replaced both garage roofs and stopped any further leaking issues. 

This roof had extensive windstorm damage, so we replaced the roof.
