Our inspection revealed that the flashing needed repair and the shingles were not staggered correctly. Additionally, an old antenna mast on the back of the house was identified as a primary cause of the leak. This mast, currently used as a tie for the internet cable, will be relocated and hooked to the fascia to prevent further water intrusion.
