Roof Repair Photo Album: Partial Roof Repair on a Duplex

This duplex had severe ice damming backing up under the shingles, causing leaks and further damages to the interior drywall. Since this was a rental property, the tenants were concerned about winter and being kicked out during repairs. We made this a non-issue by doing a partial replacement on the entire front half of the duplex and re-flashing the chimney to prevent any future leaks.  We used IKO Stormshield Ice and Water on the entire roof, and a new chimney flashing to prevent any future leaking. We also used IKO Cambridge 15 year warranty shingles since it was a rental property and the owners wanted good quality at a lower cost.
