Patch work
As you can see, this roof has had work done on it prior to this replacement by using some Flex Seal Patch work
Ridge Caps
As you can see, the ridge caps were pulling up. Installing ridge caps to a roof is the common term for putting on a layer of asphalt or shingles that cover the roof ridge. This is the last task completed on every roofing job, and it must be done correctly to prevent leaking.
Chimney Flashing
As you can see by this quick fix, their chimney needed to be reflashed because this would not properly seal any potential cracks or leaks.
Cricket
A cricket or saddle is a ridge structure designed to divert water on a roof around the high side of a chimney or the transition from one roof area to another. It's always good to inspect these to make sure there are no potential or growing problems with leaks or shingles coming off.
Aluminum wrap
This aluminum wrap needed repairs, which can be caused by natural wear and tear. You should expect your car wrap to last roughly five to seven years, depending on the finish and proper maintenance.
