Gutters & Downspouts Photo Album: Gutter Replacement in Oconomowoc, WI

Debbie Scott, a homeowner in Oconomowoc, WI, was experiencing a persistent leak in her multi-layered rubber roof, which was approximately 15 years old. The roof, consisting of a white rubber layer installed over the original rubber roof in 2009, had a leak over the back bedroom window. With no attic to inspect, the issue appeared to be with the 2-piece gutter along the back, rather than the roof itself.   Our team proposed a comprehensive solution to address the problem. First, we removed and disposed of the existing gutters and downspouts. We then installed new 5" aluminum seamless gutters along all eaves, with the color to be selected by the homeowner. Additionally, we installed new downspouts and loosened the rubber termination bar to secure the new gutter behind the drip edge. We cut the straps and added sealant to prevent water from backing up under the two-layer rubber roof.
