Leaks in the Basement

Challenge
This home had some water issues in the basement, which they suspected might have been coming from where their downspouts were; which were connected to the underground landscaping. Check out this photo for reference! The gutters, and therefore downspouts, were thought to be clogged or broken. But, they weren’t sure and wanted a professional’s opinion on the matter!
Solution
Their gutters and downspouts did in fact need some attention, so we used some caulk for some gutter corners and fixed their downspouts. We also added downspout extensions on all the downspouts so that the water would empty far enough from the foundation.
