Proposal was misleading, causing confusion and increased cost.

Sales Process
Proposal for flashing around chimney misleading. New proposal worded exactly the same as original leading to further frustration and higher cost. Clint was thorough in his inspection and assessment. Proposal stated replacement of flashing "around the chimney" which apparently indicates only 1 side, rather than the entire chimney. Communication and verbage needs more clarity and precision.
