He explained that during heavy rainstorms, water overflows from the current gutters, causing issues. John is looking for a solution to prevent this overflow and protect his home from water damage. After discussing his needs, we decided to install new 6-inch aluminum seamless gutters in a Wicker color, along with Raindrop Gutter Guards for added protection. Additionally, we will add a valley controller at the front valley and ensure that all downspouts are in the same location. For the rear downspout under the deck, we will extend it towards the backyard. John already has two new 3x4 downspouts, which we can reuse or use for the extension under the deck as needed. John is pleased with the plan, as it will not only address the current issues but also enhance the aesthetic appeal of his townhouse.
