Condo in Greendale
Challenge
One of the owners of a condo in Greendale has noticed some shingles lifting on one side of the roof. Seeing as he wants to take the best care of his condo that he can, he requested that we come and quote repairs to the roof. The problem is that the other owner of the building was not able to make it to the consultation and now the project is on hold until we can meet up again.
Solution
We gave a couple of different quotes based upon our findings. He could either repair smaller sections that are lifting, or he could replace that side of the roof. Because there are two owners, we will have to wait for approval from everyone in order to move forward.
