Leaky Roof Repair in Wales

Challenge
As we can see from this building, one small leak can have a chain reaction of inconvenience and headaches. A couple of missing, cracked, and/or damaged shingles caused damage to the drywall ceiling, making that office area inhabitable, and un-rentable to prospective clients.
Solution
We installed Ice and water (to stop the leaking) and CDX Plywood (for better water protection going forward) after ripping up 3 squares of roofing and replacing some roof decking. We were also able to find matching shingles (at Beacon Roofing Supply) to the current roof so it wouldn’t look like a patch job.
