Challenge
Although the owner wanted to fix the leak coming from this home's chimney flashing, he needed us to come out because he couldn't make it up the roof anymore. This leak was causing water stains in the ceiling, which could lead to further damaged insulation in the attic space, as well as mold.
Solution
This home is a great example of needing repairs with IKO GoldShieldIce & Water around the chimney, as well as replacing all flashing around the chimney, and any surrounding shingles if necessary.
