Roof is about 10 years old but there have been some leaks around the chimney for a couple years causing damage inside the home.  We replaced the chimney flashing as well as some shingles around the chimney. 

Old leaking flashing is no more with this transformation. While it may look like a minor change, this fix will save the homeowner thousands of dollars in potential roof damage.

While the roof inspection said they had 10 years left on the roof they currently had, they needed to have a lead repaired. The leaking was flooding the basement and causing major headaches. We replaced the flashing around the chimney, and they are leak free!
